What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?

Cats and dogs are allowed to reside in the apartment. All other animals must be caged at all times.

How many pets may I have?

Each household may have up to two pets.

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?

We charge a monthly pet rent of $45, as well as a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200

What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

A Government issued photo id is required to tour the community.

What are your fees and monthly charges?

We charge an application fee, security deposit and an administration fee. In addition, all utilities are paid by the resident.

What are the income and credit qualifications?

In order to approve an applicant for residency, we will need to conduct credit and background screening as well as verifying income for the household. Please contact our leasing office for additional qualifying criteria.

What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?

An offer letter, two consecutive paystubs and most recent tax returns (for self-employed applicants) are acceptable forms of proof of income.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

Our system bases its recommendations based on the combined scoring of all applicants.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

The security deposit is refundable if the application is declined for any reason and also up to the time the application has been approved for move-in.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

Our lease does allow for a resident to terminate their lease prior to the lease expiration date. Please contact our leasing office for more information.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

We do allow for month-to-month leases once the previous lease contract expires. There is an additional fee for month-to-month leases. Please contact our leasing office for more details.

What utilities are included in my lease?

Residents are responsible for paying all utilities.

How long is the term of the lease?

We offer lease terms of three to fifteen months.

Do you accept leases for short terms?

We do accept short term leases of at least three months.

Am I required to have renters insurance?

We do require all of our residents to carry renters insurance.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

We do not offer furnished apartments. However, there are many companies in the area that can furnish an apartment for you at our community.

Do you offer corporate apartments?

We do offer corporate apartments. Please contact our leasing office for more details.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

Our residents can contact us via telephone, email or online services to inform us of repairs that need to be made in their apartment.

When is my rent payment due?

Rent is due on the first of the month. We allow until the third of the month to pay your rent before it is considered late.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

Rent is considered late on the 4th of the month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

We do accept online payments via our website.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

Rent can be delivered to our office during normal business hours. After hours, payments can be made online through our website.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Our lease does allow for temporary guests to stay with you in your apartment. Please contact our leasing office for more details.

Do you have reserved parking?

We are happy to offer reserved parking. We have detached one car garages as well as carport parking. Please contact our leasing office for cost details.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

Motorcycles can be parked in any designated parking space within our community.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

We require any person of any age living within the apartment for any length of time to be listed on the rental agreement.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

We do allow satellite dishes to be used within the confines of your patio or balcony area. Please contact our leasing office for additional details.

Do you have cable services?

All of our apartment homes are cable ready.

Does the property have a fitness center?

We are happy to offer our residents a state of the art fitness center.

Does the property have a swimming pool?

We are happy to offer our residents two swimming pools. One of our pools is heated.

Does the property offer on-site recycling?

No.

Are gas grills permitted at your property?

Grills, Barbeques, and any other outdoor cooking or open flame devices will be used only on the ground level and will be placed a minimum of 10 feet from any building.

Is there any additional storage space available at your property?

Yes, additional storage is available for $50/mo.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

Please contact our leasing office for specific guidelines for painting the apartment walls.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

Package lockers are located inside the Clubhouse for 24hr package access.

Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?

How is your property different from the competition?
